Akashic Records of Bastard Magic Instructor Season 2 Chances Of A Release Date?
Akashic Records of Bastard Magic Instructor pretty much clears all the factors to determine whether a sequel is likely to take place. Fans of Akashic Records of Bastard Magic Instructor can smile as the second season looks very likely to take place.
Since Akashic Records of Bastard Magic Instructor is adapted from a light novel, the adequate source material is a necessary factor for making a sequel. The first season adapted 5 volumes of the light novel, and there was not much source material available for the studio to create a sequel back then. But now, more than two years have passed since Akashic Records of Bastard Magic Instructor finished airing, and there is enough source material as the light novel has a total of 15 volumes.
Despite all the negativity and hate the show received from a part of the community, the positive feedback reigns supreme over the negative ones. It has high scores on various platforms such as MyAnimeList, IMDb, and Funimation. Its popularity is also evident from the high sales revenue this show managed to collect. High sales is an essential factor on its own. Though this show’s sales is not phenomenal, it has had decent revenue collection and also had received a rank in the top 100s.
It has just been two years since the airing of the first season, and there is enough time for renewal. Fans don’t have to worry about the show being dead as it hasn’t been too long since the first season. Most shows usually receive a sequel/prequel etc. within 6 years from its release (this is not always true).
With all these points taken into consideration, we can conclude that Akashic Records of Bastard Magic Instructor Season 2 is very likely to take place. And about the release date, we cannot say for sure as we could not find any leads to a possible date. And we did not want to give off baseless speculation just for the sake of giving one.
